“If you can do Aboriginal health well, then you can do medicine well”: that’s the message of a new video co-produced by Adelaide to Outback GP Training and Sturt Fleurieu Education and Training in collaboration with the Aboriginal Health Council of South Australia (AHCSA).
The film forms part of the organisations’ efforts to encourage registrars to consider a placement in an Aboriginal health training post, and includes interviews with registrars, GP supervisors and Aboriginal health workers as well as patients.
