Abstract

Having the Hard Conversations is a range of professionally developed video resources are available for educator use.

Each of six three-minute videos address a topic of particular relevance including: challenges, cultural safety, power imbalances, self-reflection, listening; and mechanisms of change. Along with a 13-minute video, designed for use in organisational change contexts.
