Lilon Bandler is A/Professor and Senior Research Fellow for LIME Network, working with the team on the Indigenous Health Curriculum Framework, the scoping study on a Community of Practice for all the health sciences, and the work with specialist medical colleges.

She has been involved in medical education across the healthcare sector. At the Sydney Medical School (2006-2019) she managed the admission pathways and provided a comprehensive support program for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander medical students. She developed, implemented and evaluated the Indigenous health education program.

She continues to provide GP services to rural and remote western NSW, Australia.
