Dr Pariece Nelligan is a proud Gamilaraay woman. She is the Lead Indigenous Academic and Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences at Monash University. Her research interests are oral history and storytelling, Indigenous Knowledge and Methodologies, social justice and equity in education as well as the power of arts education and creative practices in learning. Her current role involves embedding Indigenous Knowledge into curriculum and supporting academics to effectively deliver Indigenous modules and content in the Medicine course at Monash University.
